Kopon Airdo, LLC’s Administrative Law Group represents clients whose professional licenses or businesses are impacted by governmental rules and regulations.  Our attorneys appear before administrative agencies including the Illinois Department of Public Health, the U.S. Department of Education, and the Illinois Department of Human Rights.  Our firm also has significant experience appearing on behalf of our clients before the Department of Administrative Hearings, and defending complaints from various city and village agencies, including: Department of Health, Department of Consumer Services, Department of Revenue, Department of Buildings, and Department of Business Affairs and Licensing.  Our attorneys are also experienced in prosecuting complaints in the Circuit Court for administrative review of orders and decisions issued by administrative agencies.
