Amber L. Battin concentrates her practice in the areas of religious and not-for profit litigation and complex civil litigation, which includes not-for-profit operations, sexual abuse, premises law, and school law. Ms. Battin also has experience in a wide range of litigation areas including medical malpractice, criminal prosecution, and personal injury.
While in law school, Ms. Battin received Dean’s List Honors, was awarded the CALI Award of Excellence for earning the highest grade in Advocacy, was a writer and editor for the Public Interest Law Reporter, and spent two years as a Philip H. Corboy Fellow during which time she concentrated on achieving success in trial advocacy.
