Jack E. Tallman practices in the areas of complex civil litigation, premises liability, professional malpractice, sexual abuse liability, school law, and has experience with not-for-profit organization tax issues. Mr. Tallman has worked to defend a range of clients, including for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, religious organizations, and schools.

 

Mr. Tallman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2011. While in law school, he was several times named a Harno Scholar and received Dean’s List honors for academic achievement, and was also awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for earning the highest grades in his Introduction to Advocacy and Illinois Evidence & Civil Procedure classes. In addition, Mr. Tallman was a Notes and Comments Editor for the college’s flagship publication, the University of Illinois Law Review.
