Andrew Kopon Jr.
Mr. Kopon is a founding Member of Kopon Airdo, LLC. His practice focuses on the handling of complex civil litigation matters, including class actions, mass tort litigation, and employment litigation matters. He has tried high profile cases and has argued successfully before the Illinois Supreme Court. Mr. Kopon has worked as national and regional counsel for major consumer and commercial product manufacturers. He currently serves as National Coordinating Counsel for a not-for-profit religious risk pooling trust and as National Coordinating Counsel for an international pharmacy retailer. Mr. Kopon is the President of the IADC. He has served on the faculty of the prestigious IADC Trial Academy and the Illinois’ defense bar association’s trial advocacy program on multiple occasions.
Mr. Kopon is a charter member of the Leading Lawyers Network Advisory Board (LLNAB) whose members are selected based upon their reputation and professional ethics. He has been named an Illinois Super Lawyer on multiple occasions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Board of Trustees for Loyola Academy located in Wilmette, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and is a graduate with distinction from The John Marshall Law School.
