Hilary M. Burger
Hilary Burger focuses her practice on civil litigation, including employment disputes and tort matters.
Previously, Ms. Burger was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Eve M. Reilly in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. In this position, she worked on a wide range of complex civil litigation cases, including issues of contract disputes, injunctive relief, administrative review, trust disputes, insurance coverage, fraud & misrepresentation matters, constitutional law, breach of fiduciary duty matters, and derivative shareholder litigation.
Ms. Burger graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2018. While in law school, she was involved in the Domestic Violence Clinic as a student attorney, where she represented low-income victims of intimate abuse in civil protection order proceedings in state court, and was awarded for her commitment to public interest.
Ms. Burger graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Literary Studies and double minor in Managerial Studies and Spanish.
