Michael A. Vecchione’s practice focuses on business transactions, compliance, procurement, and commercial litigation. He also has expertise in entity formation and restructuring for corporations and nonprofits and assists many enterprises in meeting their specialized needs. Mr. Vecchione always works with local governments to ensure that they follow procedure and do what it necessary to protect tax dollars. Mr. Vecchione is also qualified to work on Data Privacy and Cybersecurity legal matters.
Michael graduated from DePaul University with Bachelor’s Degrees in political theory and economics, as well as a minor in Japanese. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, he attended the University of Miami School of Law and completed his studies to earn his Juris Doctorate in 2021. He was a member of the Entertainment, Sports, and IP Law Society, as well as the Business Law Society. While in school, he was a paralegal for a local Chicago law firm, in addition to managing a roster of musicians.
Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for nearly a decade in the entertainment industry across Music and Film, and eventually founded a full-service practice that primarily focused on business, copyright, and trademark, as well as matters pertaining to data privacy.
